Lifetime Warranty
All items of jewellery are unconditionally guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials for life and will be replaced or repaired upon assessment. Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and the customer is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the item. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranty does not extend to loss, theft or damage by “accident”, “negligence”, “fair wear and tear” or “Act of God”.  Jewellery items should to be brought in once a year for an inspection, if the item is not brought in five years or more then the warranty is void. 

Jewellery Cleaning
All items made by Koro have a lifetime complimentary ‘quick clean’. Simply bring in your item and we will clean your items of any dirt and grime whilst you are in store.  

Jewellery Polishing and Rhodium Plating
Upon purchasing a ring from Koro, the first clean and polish (and rhodium plate if required) of a ring is complimentary and is valid for 12 months after initial purchase of the item. There will be a charge after the first free clean and polish and rhodium plating is used, or after the initial 12-month period, whichever comes first.

Free Ring Resizing
We offer complimentary sizing of the majority of our rings within three sizes from the current size, conditions apply. This offer is valid for up to 3 months from the time of purchase. Most rings can be sized up or down approximately three sizes, but beyond this range they will often need to be quoted for sizing, and/or quoted upon for being custom made. Please ask in store for more details.

Design Services
Book a time to sit down to discuss and design your very own bespoke piece with us, we take the time to listen to your individual needs. From quick hand sketches to 3D modeled computer renders, we can help you visualise your dream piece before we start hand-crafting it for you!
We offer a free consultation service, simply contact us to book in to talk to a jeweller. If you need assistance visualising your dream piece, we can create a 3D modeled computer render of the design for a small fee.    

Repair and Remakes
All work is done in our Perth workshop. With our knowledgeable jewellers and fully equipped workshop we can provide professional repair, restoration and remake services on your pieces, including diamond and gemstone information and advice. 

Investment
We have qualified Gemologist’s on site and can provide advice on rare, collectable gemstones and fancy coloured diamonds for investment purposes. 

Complimentary Jewellery Valuation
Koro can provide a complimentary retail replacement valuation for insurance purposes if requested by the customer upon purchase of an item, initial consultation or before final payment of a custom make. This applies to purchases with a value off over $500.00 only.
For renewal of valuations, or for valuations on jewellery pieces that are not originally from Koro, there is a flat rate charge per item.  

Jewellery Insurance
We recommend Q Report, backed by Chubb Insurance for your jewellery insurance needs as they can offer worldwide cover. If you are interested in having jewellery insurance on your custom bespoke piece or an item you are going to purchase, we can assist you in getting a quote from Q-Report. 
Please note that once you receive your insurance quote, there is a four day deferral period. This period of time is for you as the customer to decide whether you wish to proceed with the insurance quote. If you choose to purchase jewellery insurance from Q-Report, you will need to contact us to let us know, or we will check in with you after the four day period. 
Jewellery insurance on items purchased from our store or custom bespoke makes, need to be processed before the collection of the piece.

Corporate Gifts and Incentives.
We can design and incorporate your company logos or produce a unique range of Jewellery for your Staff and special Clients. We have experience in designing and manufacturing unique company awards and trophies. 

Lay-by 
Koro offers a lay-by payment plan which consists of a three month payment period. No goods can be taken prior to all payments being received and the remaining balance being paid. If the customer fails to maintain the payment installments agreed upon, Koro reserves the right to cancel the lay-by agreement and place item back out on display with the intent to sell. If the Lay-by agreement is canceled by the company or by the customer a termination fee will apply. 
Koro reserves the right to charge interest, at the rate of 6% per annum, on any outstanding amount not paid by the due date for payment (payment due date). Interest will accrue daily from the Payment Due Date until the outstanding amount is paid in full. 
Items on Lay-by cannot be exchanged, and credit notes cannot be given due to ‘change of mind’.

 

Returns, Exchanges and Credit Notes:
It is our intention to deliver quality jewellery however we understand that occasionally the goods may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please familiarise yourself with our return and exchanges policy. 

Returns Procedure
We ask that you inform us either by email or phone of your intention to return or exchange any items purchased from our store. You can do this by emailing us at info@koro.com.au or by calling our landline on 08 9485 0880. 
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase in original condition, unused, and not altered, with all the original packaging intact. 

Returns:
Koro does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind on any products.
Some of our products do come with third party warranties, and Koro makes no warranties or representations in relation to those warranties.

Our jewellers will need to assess the item when it is returned and notify you of the outcome. 

Exchange:
We can exchange your piece of jewellery that was purchased from stock for another item. Please note that we may not have the exact same piece in a different colour or size in stock and ready to go.
If there isn’t anything that you wish to exchange the item for right away, then we may be able to provide a credit note.
Items must be returned in their original condition for an exchange to be considered. Items can only be exchanged once, so please choose carefully.
We do not offer exchanges or credit notes on custom made or bespoke pieces, only items purchased from stock are viable for returns.  

Credit Note:
We may offer a credit note if you simply change your mind after the purchase of the item.
The original purchased item must be returned and assessed as specified above before a credit note can be issued.
The item being returned for a credit note MUST be returned within 30 days from purchase.
Credit notes can only be used for purchase of another item in stock and cannot be used towards repair jobs.
